Leuprolide Monthly (3.75 mg) – Injection, Lupron Depot
Medication Uses: Leuprolide treats uterus disorders in women such as endometriosis and fibroids. It reduces symptoms like pelvic pain, heavy menstrual periods, and abdominal bloating. Leuprolide stops early puberty in children by delaying sexual development and slowing down early bone growth to increase the chance of reaching normal adult height. It works by decreasing the amount of sex hormones that the body makes.
